The service

TheBidTab provides access, through a website, API, email alerts and webhooks, to information compiled from public records published by government agencies. We collect, normalize and connect that information; we do not create it.

Accuracy

Public records contain errors and agencies change them. Data is provided "as is", without warranty of accuracy, completeness or fitness for a purpose. Always confirm with the issuing agency before relying on a figure for a bid, contract or legal decision.

Your account and keys

Keep your API keys secret. You are responsible for use of your keys. We may suspend keys used to abuse the service, exceed limits deliberately, or break these terms.

Permitted use

• Use the data in your own business and in products you build, including showing results to your users.
• Do not resell, sublicense or redistribute the dataset in bulk, or use the service to build a competing dataset, without a written data license.
• Do not attempt to bypass plan limits or access other customers' data.

Billing

Paid plans renew monthly through Stripe until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard; access continues until the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires.

Changes and termination

We may change these terms or the service with notice by email or on this page. You may stop using the service at any time.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.
